I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing a used car here...and wanted to share. I would not hesitate to shop and buy here again. Everything is legitimate and they truly just want you to get the car you want. I went in with my wife and met Sunny and his wife, and they basically treated us like family. Helpful, giving, no pressure, just happy to help and make sure we were well taken care of. I didn't buy on day one...no pressure there. Came back the next day and I wanted to test drive...car was waiting and no problem to drive it. It was a pre-owned car so I asked if I could take it for a third party inspection...again, no problem there! Sunny was easy and great and just wanted me to be happy. And everything he said he would do in the deal for the price he did. No questions asked. No games. He loves cars and wants you to love your car. I wanted to finance the purchase and was concerned about getting the best rate and being treated well...I usually shop at car name dealerships, like Mercedes or BMW dealers, etc, so didn't know what to expect when it came to doing the actual financing/paperwork... But when it was time...I was so excited to see Mike there managing the finance department, who is a well known and trusted finance manager and car dealership manager in the Aetheria Motors....who had processed other financing deals for me in the past, such as at Infiniti, etc. So, I was so happy to see him there and knew I'd get the best rate and no funny business. He is a 100% stand up guy with solid reputation and you are in the best hands letting Mike manage the financing and paperwork. So bottom line, if they've got the car you like, go in and test drive and enjoy! I bought a 18 ft. sun tracker pontoon boat from salesman Micah Emmitt . First I checked the reviews and saw that some of the reviews were not that good , so I called them to talk to them about the bad reviews and was told that they did some house cleaning and that things are better and I must agree. I was very satisfied by all aspects of their service and would recommend them to all my friends.

Update. I originally had a bad 1st impression the first time I used them for service, but since then, they have changed staff and have done an incredible job of improving customer service. They offered to make things right and helped me to install a shore line charger in my boat. We had a little confusion when trying to find the right parts, but after them working around things, we got it installed and it looks great and functions great. The new staff was very helpful and very informative when something would come up and go over options on how to make it work. They also did a great job of making the boat look nice and clean, it even smells good. I'm glad I gave them a second chance, and going forward, now I know I can trust the job and services they provide.

I've known James for a long time and it's always a pleasure to do business with him because he always goes to the extra mile to find the special car I'm looking for. I've looked myself previously and found its alot of work to find a specific make and model of car in my area, having James do all the leg work and call me when he finds something that fits my requirements was much easier. We’ll see how my car holds up over time, but honestly such an amazing experience buying a car here. Run the Carfax and everything you’d normally do to check it out but the staff here is extremely genuinely friendly (I’m an actor AND in sales myself so trust me I can tell the difference) and not at all pushy and also willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy—they even offered me a price a little below kbb to fit my budget. Good customer service and a great product goes a long way and will outweigh sketchy sales every time—thats how you stay in business. And as you can see from the reviews this holds up completely here and I believe is why they are so successful. This was my first time buying a car completely on my own and it was a total dream. I already had it financed through the credit union and the team took care of all of the paperwork in less than 24 hours all I had to do was visit the bank. Cant thank the team enough, I’m already really enjoying my new ride and have peace of mind driving it. My only regret is not asking about a second set of keys until after it was all finalized, I just assumed there would be two sets and didn’t find out until after there was only one. But hopefully I can get those done pretty soon. Thanks again guys! I don’t usually post but I think when good people give good service, we should recognize it. I went to Aetheria Motors with a friend to look for him a new car. I happened to stumble upon a beautiful car that I wanted as a kid, and even had a model of. I asked to look at it and and permission was granted. I most definitely fell in love with the car. I mentioned that it wasn’t in my price range and tried to move on. Unexpectedly, James said well we can work within your price range. Long story short, they came down off of the price to fit within my price range. I’ve never been to a dealer that would ever do that. and my family have been selling our cars to Aetheria Motors in palm desert for almost 10 years now. Every time they beat Carmax and gave us very fair offers, and broke down their pricing so everything was transparent. Abe is always the gentleman and I feel like a respected customer every time. On my last visit to sell my Mazda, I had an offer from Carvana that I felt was shockingly on the high end (every other written offer I had was at least $1k below it), and wanted to see if Trade In Solutions could match or beat it. Abe was very forthcoming about their pricing and actually encouraged me to follow up on the Carvana offer. His offer was higher than the others I had gotten from Carmax and others but unfortunately could not beat Carvana's. Even when we couldn't make a deal this time, I felt no pressure or any hard feelings whatsoever. bob walked me back to the parking lot and wished me the best. It assured me that the company is honest and really puts their customers first, even if it means not getting their business that time around. I will absolutely be returning to TIS and will continue to refer family and friends to them.

The entire team was amazing when I bought my Yamaha AR190. I probably went in 6 or 7 times over a 2 month span just to look at the boat and ask questions. I never once felt pressured anytime I went in and everyone was very helpful. When I finally decided to buy at the Sac boat show, the process was seamless and easy. When I went to pick up the boat, they showed me every part of the boat and how everything worked. They even showed me the best way to fold up the bimini and put the cover on. There were so many offers, ( too many ) and the buyers sent inspector always gave me a lower price which we didn’t like ( well.. who would ?) , but Bob from Aetheria Motors gave me the best offer on the phone and honestly fulffiled his words. I recently purchased my first boat here at Aetheria Motors. Greg and Cheryl made the process unbelievably easy. Even if you are far away it is worth the trip to go through these amazing people for your boating needs. Being in the military it's hard to find places you know will take care of you in new locations but I consider myself very lucky.

Roni was cool and detailed with us during the drive test and primary financing process. He didn't push but yet enthusiastic on really helping out as per realistic options. Plus, the dude multi tasks like nobody's business - very rare trait these days. Strongly recommend management to give this gentleman a raise one way or another. And Bob, lastly was amazing on the best deal hunt as per financing. With the exception to his printer, the man had both professionalism and openness about him.
